## Who qualifies

To qualify, your business must be based in New Zealand, have traded for at least 12 months, have had revenue of at least $100,000 in the last 12 months and be cash flow positive. SmartLine loans, from $5,000 to $75,000, follow these rules and need less paperwork. FundingLine loans, from $10,000 to $500,000, need 18 months of trading and at least $200,000 in annual turnover.

For FundingLine, you must provide two years of company financials, an IRD screenshot and a bank connection showing 12 months of transactions. If you borrow more than $300,000, you also need to provide your accounts payable and receivable lists. The loan can't be used for property development or personal expenses.
