# How this site makes money

When you ask to be matched with a lender, we send your details to one of the lenders we have a partner agreement with, and if they fund your loan they pay us a commission. You pay nothing extra and your rate is not affected. We publish the true cost of every lender we work with, including the ones that pay us, and the calculator uses the same maths for all of them.
